fun fair and activities ( from may the 11th to may the 14th )

On Saturday the 13th, make-up and ballon sculpture for kids, at the fun fair. Beginning at 2.30 pm (free).

With the touaregs ( June, from the 6th to the 8th ) free

Thanks to the association Masnat (Association for the Formation and the Health Care of the Touaregs from the Azawagh) and to the students from the College helped by their professors.

For three days, an exhibiton open to everybody will enable you to meet, to learn, to feel the Azawagh Touaregs' way of life.

Peak moment: a family evening "Touaregs tales" on the Wednesday evening at 7 pm. A storyteller will bring us share the local tales and traditions while we'll be seated in the desorientated frame of a Touareg camp build by the Beuzeville collegians.

Painting Day (June, Sunday the 3rd ) free

For the third year, in the streets of our department cities will occur the Painting Day. In Beuzeville, activities open to all will follow on to each other all day long.

Paintors will work in the streets from 9 am to 5 pm. Their works will be shown to the audience and the newspapers at the late afternoon , during a reception, and then be exposed at our local library.

All day long: paintors in the street, Art Market, small groups activities for children, exhibitions, ...

For the children,activities will happen at the City Hall.

Adults and children members of the Visual arts group as well as all he volunteers will follow the painting of the Skate Park wall fresco (near the tennis courts).

Music Day (June, Thursday the 21st) free

This year, we intend to test a new formula: a dance open to everybody, in open air if possible or inside the village hall of "la Halle au blé" if the weather does not accompany us!

For the evening: concert from the choir Bellelonde, and then the Claude Bernard's orchestra will liven up the dance at the church square.

All participant could bring his picnic, for a convivial evening; the aperitif will be offered by the OMCB.

Summer exhibition ( from July the 28th to August the 15th) free entrance

This year will be the 10th Summer exhibition of the Canton artists. In the City Council room and the veranda, come and admire the works of our local paintors and sculptors.

The audience could vote to discern the "Audience prize".

Percherons competition ( on July, Tuesday the 24th - market square - beginning at 3 pm - free)

During the afternoon, at the market square, the "Haras du Pin" and the " Société Percheronne du Trait Augeron" will judge the colts, the 1 - 2 and 3 years old fillies as well as the oldest filles on their style, their shapes and their way of standing.

The contest will be comment officialy by M. Noël, officer from the Haras du Pin.

The Book Fair Rendez-vous in 2008 for the next Book Fair

Organised by the Society of the authors of Normandy (Société des Auteurs de Normandie), the OMCB (l'Office Municipal Culturel), the library and the book shop of Beuzeville.

In November 2006, for the second Fair in our town, under the chairmanship of Michel Ruffin the Society of the authors from Normandy (SADN) has presented 32 authors who came and signed their books. Thanks to the friendly help of Michel De Decker, President of the SADN, Michel Ruffin, viceprésident of the SADN obtain that the label "l'Eure du livre" was given to our Fair.

A jury awarded two prizes :

- the prize named André Castelot, co-founder of the SADN and historian who wrote a considérable nomber of books. This literary prize was created to honour his memory and will reward a book having links with History.

- the prize Guillaume le Conquérant (William the Conqueror) awarded to a novel.
